As the holiday season draws near, our thoughts turn to those who have filled our lives with love, laughter and light. At Coastal Home Health & Hospice, it is a special time of year to pause, reflect and remember those who continue to shine brightly in our hearts, even when they are no longer with us.
We warmly invite you to participate in honoring the memory of a loved one during this beautiful act of remembrance for our community. At the ceremony, each name shared will be read aloud and you may also choose to dedicate a luminary that will be personalized with your loved one’s name.
Everyone is welcome to attend this beautiful ceremony.
As always, we are offering lights and customized ornaments with your loved one’s name. We will hang ornaments on our Light Up A Life Tree to be displayed during the ceremony, and will have lights on display during the ceremony as well.
You can take ornaments home when the ceremony concludes to cherish them forever.
All proceeds benefit local hospice patients in our community.
